You’ve been hired by the Hyperspace Delivery Service to make a delivery to planet Miridian V. Located on the other side of explored space, the trip to Miridian V will be a dangerous yet lucrative journey full of mad robots, space pirates, and unpredictable stellar phenomenon.

Can you and your crew survive the trip? Will you die from the dreaded Telunian flu? Hyperspace Delivery Service offers an exciting and challenging journey where you must manage your fuel, oxygen, food, and various other supplies to make your delivery within the target time. Fight robot space pirates on the ground in retro FPS action. Fly through asteroid fields to rescue broken down ships. See you on the next delivery!

This alpha is FULLY playable  from start to end and pretty well balanced already!

My goal for the alpha is to get feedback on game balance, bugs, and general enjoyment from players. I will take all of this into consideration as the game nears 1.0 launch. There won't be drastic changes from here on, but if there is enough income I can at least add more art and animation.

The idea for the game comes from old style games like Psi-5 Trading Company and Oregon Trail where you have a singular goal of making it to the end and have to balance your resources to make it.

Please let me know your thoughts on the game, suggestions, complaints, bug reports, and anything else.

Thanks for playing!

Game is FREE while in alpha testing!

Hey Mike,

Are you planning on doing a F2P for mobile?

my plan was for mobile to be a paid app once the game is done. Do you prefer free to play with ads over paid?

I guess the question is, are you thinking of continually adding content? I do prefer to play F2P games on mobile, but the game type has to be right for it.

Once the game is released I do have future ideas for more content BUT likely not incremental additions. So the game ideally will be feature complete at launch. A while down the road (year or more) I may release a new version with more content and more things to do.  But  I have no idea if I'll actually have the time to do that which is why I'd like to just release the game as "complete". And then see what the future brings.

One thing I could think of to make this F2P is customize the ship and bridge with custom sprites and colors you could pay for. But that would be a lot of work to implement and I'm just one person.

Totally. That seems more along the lines of a premium app. Don't get me wrong I and others would most likely pay for it, and (esp. apple) stores seem to feature premium more these days.

Cool thanks!

Looks great, I put you up on the homepage. Thanks for posting.

Thank you!

I beat it!  Was kind of hoping for a bit of a bigger ending and some kind of large event that was being built up by the alien flavor text, but it was still very enjoyable :)
