File Size Limit

Hello, 

I opened a previous thread and got no response.

Currently my game size is 1.4 GB and I can't download the game, moderators can you help me please? When I sent an e-mail, no one responded, I've been waiting for a week.

I don't suppose you mean this topic? Many people answered. Until support can get back to you, try using Butler, it doubles your quota, so 1.4GB should fit.

Thanks, when I said I couldn't get a response, I meant one of the moderators.

There must be some mistake. Support isn't handled by community moderators. And the people who answered you in that topic were right.
