I created an account and uploaded two games about a year ago, but neither my account nor the games are showing up in the search. Could it be because I only uploaded a profile picture today? Do you need a profile picture in order to be visible in the search, and if so how long does it take? Could it also be because I have not set up payment information? 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: After adding a description I can now find my user profile, but I still can't find my games
