so I just made my first game and I'm wondering what to do with it and how to make money from it and what not, so please reply and give me some hints.

People ask this question all the time, please search the forum. Short version: on itch.io, be active and interact with other people. Play their games, put them in collections and leave comments; take part in conversations here. That's how they'll know you exist and become curious to check out your games in return.

Outside itch.io, it's much the same: join communities of like-minded people, and talk to them. They'll want to know what you make. Having a site would help, too. And social media.

Making money on the other hand is hard. Don't get your hopes too high.

Marketing your game and making it visible is often as difficult and more tedious than developing a good game. There is no magic trick or shortcut. Just be active on many platforms and communities.
