How long has everyone on the platform waited for their form to get confirmed? It's been about 7 days for me, almost 8 and I'm still waiting

How long has everyone on the platform waited for their form to get confirmed?

From what I can remember, this is instant. On the last page of the form, you get the tax threshold percentage, and you are ready to go.

Unless I’m missing something, or the process has changed?

Ah! It mentions on that screenshot that the validation will happen when you open your first payout request. Until then, you are ready to accept payments.

At least if I understand correctly what you are asking.

oh? so the first payment i get will go straight to stripe then later pay me out? or do i need to wait for itch.io to transfer it to me

Have you set your account to “Collected by Itch.io” ? If that’s the case, Itch.io will collect payments, and once you are ready, you request a payout.

That way the first time you request a payout, it will be mentioned that there will be an extra review.

I’m not familiar how this works if you’ve set your account to direct payments to you.

When you earned enough money, just request a payout. The worst that can happen is Itch.io e-mailing you to clarify details. If that doesn’t happen then all good.
