The image you’ve linked describes the situation pretty detailed. Sometimes, some projects are flagged for additional reviews. The system is not perfect, and it’s possible to flag a genuine project. This is why it gets passed to a person for review, and once it’s confirmed it all looks good, your project should get out of quarantine.
I’d suggest to give it some time, maybe a few days, and things might clear up.
