Short anwser, yes there will be a Golden Retriever.
Long anwsser, The Early Access version will likely not feature a Golden Retriever model, only (Beagle, Border Collie and a Doberman) each 3 versions and 1 Poodle.
After that we plan to add (Bulldog, Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Labrador, more Poodles, Pug, Rhodesian Ridgeback and Saint Bernard). They are already somewhat rigged but not tested.
