sorry for bad english. sooo. 5 days later for https://roman-o.itch.io/the-monster-under-your-skin after publication and game not indexed: https://itch.io/search?q=THE+MONSTER+UNDER+YOUR+SKIN.
i wrote to tech support 5 days ago, then 3 days ago, then yesterday. and i received only one response on first letter 5 days ago: "Your request (118724) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". and after that - silence.
i've read https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed and:
* Your project must be published by selecting the Public option mentioned above. -- check
* You haven’t limited access to the page via the Public access settings. If you select either “Disable new downloads & purchases” or “Unlisted in search & browse” then you are opting out of being eligible for indexing. -- check
* You have a cover image uploaded on your page -- check
* Your project is available for purchase, download, or is playable in the browser. -- check. windows + linux
* The most common case is for new sellers: If you've just created an account and you're selling your first project, then your published page is placed in a queue for review. -- this game is not my first
* If your project is marked NSFW, it will only appear to people who have NSFW browsing enabled. -- no NSFW content in this game
* If you're selling your first page then your project may be in our review queue. New sellers are reviewed before their projects are indexed. -- i'm not selling. i've checked the donation option, but i have checked donation and for my first game as well.
3 days ago i got response from moderator https://itch.io/t/2165442/my-game-is-not-found-by-the-full-name-and-does-not-fin... that
Second, it's possible your game didn't meet the quality standards until the latest changes. If that's the case, it should be picked up after the weekend.
sooo... weekend ended. i still dont violate any rules. my game is not complete garbage. so why it's not indexed? can someone explain?
