Payout cancelled

Hi, i wanted to ask if someone can help me with this problem, my payout was cancelled for this reason :

PayPal: This transaction is blocked due to regulatory compliance reasons

Hope someone help me...

Could this be an issue from Paypal’s side? Either way, I would suggest to contact support, as they possibly have more details on what is going on.
