Failed purchase

My card was charged the amount it was said for the game but no confirmation email was sent, it said my zip code was wrong but the money was taken anyway. Therefore I can not get my game. I emailed support@itch.io but there has been no reply for about 6 hours what do I do?

If you got no receipt email then the purchase was not able to be processed by our system. What you’re seeing on your statement is a pre-authorization charge that is used to determine if your payment information is valid. Since the purchase was blocked during postal code verification then the charge will automatically reverse within the next few days.
