Hello, so I know the maximum file size is 1 GB, and that is why my game is 460 MB.... but when it finished uploaded

the game says: 

There was a problem loading your project: Zip contains file that is too large (index.html) Please try deleting the ZIP file and uploading another one.

but again, my game does not exceed 1 GB... 

I tried reuploading and deleting it... but again, it still says the "error" thing
