Hello! I originally thought I would use this account as my publishing account. Then I bought some games with it, so I would like to make a new publishing account under my old username. But the old username is locked, like here:

I contacted support a week ago but they haven't gotten back. Is there anything else I should do to get my old username unlocked? Or do old usernames get unlocked periodically, does anyone know how long that takes?
