Ratings showing as 0 on analitics

Hello I recently Joined the Brackeys Game Jam 2022.1 and in my analytics for my game the number of ratings it shows up as 0 . Other devs have been playing my game and said that they rated my game, however the ratings still show as 0, I have 70 views and 42 Browser plays.

is there something wrong with my settings?

Jam ratings are independent from site-wide ratings. If you want to see how many times people have rated your project for a particular jam the you should head to your submissions page.

You can never see an individual’s rating of your project for a jam submission.
