Is it OK to participate with a game already in development? My last JAM entry ended up having a Sherlock Holmes theme after a few iterations. I'd like to continue working on it in this JAM.
Hi there! While I'd encourage you to start something fresh (as I believe it'd be more fun and interesting) you are free to do as you wish. This isn't a competition and there aren't strict rules. It's all about having fun and creating cool stuff. The rest is up to you.
