Hi!

I have a question, if I make a program, in Lite and Pro version, and I want to make the Pro version paid, how can I use the Itch.io protection policy in my program?

You can create a project that is paid, and include demo files that can be downloaded for free. You can do that when uploading a file and ticking “This is a demo and can be downloaded for free”.

how can I use the Itch.io protection policy in my program?

Which policy are you referring to? The advice I mentioned above, combined with your account set up as “Collect by Itch.io, paid later” would mean that Itch.io will take care of sales for you, including refunds. Is that the policy you were referring to?

Sorry for my English, I communicate with a translator so I can be misunderstood.

I meant more specifically the protection of games or programs that others here use. ( copy protection ) to be more precise.

I would like to know about this and how to use it, if I upload my program here.

There's no copy protection on itch.io, you'll have to implement your own scheme.
