32se, upgrade For Amiga OS 3.2

Hi i purchased the 32se upgrade for the Amiga OS3.2. The Os32 that i already own had already this addon but it stopped functioning. I could not change themes. When i click on a theme its saying not executable.. Now i tried to reinstall the addon and its saying not executable file too. How can i fix this please?
