Paid game The Lost Wizard removed from Itch.io.

I thought this problem had been solved over a year ago, but it's happened again.  Paid Groupees for a bundle,  got a drm-free copy plus an itchi.io key code, and the promise of a Steam key.  The Lost Wizard is now on Steam, they haven't sent Groupees keys for any of the customers, and the dev has removed the game from Itch.io.   My game is gone!   I paid for it. I would like it back.  Oh yeah, and the drm-free copy is in Italian.

Ciao,  Itch.io.

Also,  mods,  before you remove this you should know that the email support tab is no longer working, it takes me to a Google search page.

Hello,

Sorry for the trouble. We did add a block to prevent people from deleting a page. We still let developers put their pages into draft mode though, and warn them that the page will be unavailable to anyone who owns the page until the page is re-activated. Since this is a rare thing we prefer to handle it case by case. I have a feeling the developer misunderstood how they were configuring their page.

We've received a few support emails already that I've forwarded to the developer. If you haven't already, please email us at support@itch.io so we can get you in touch with the developer and hopefully get the page restored with access to the game.

Thanks

Which tab are you referring to?
