transfer game ownership

I sent an email a week ago requesting to change the ownership of one of my games (https://isabellabs.itch.io/vela) from isabella to lucasograssi, is there anything else I could do to get this done soon.

I'm afraid not, transferring the ownership of a game is a delicate operation, many things can break. If it takes much longer, let me know, I can ask an admin.

I see, I just never got an answer to the original email, so I dont event know if there is a process happening

That's different. Check your spam folder, and if it's not there either, maybe send another e-mail.
