I recently changed the address of my page but I prefer to go back to the old name. He tells me, "you recently changed your username." How long do I have to wait before I can change it again ?

The old username isn't going to expire by itself, it will remain there and redirect to your new one. Please contact support, they'll have to fix it up for you.

You have to wait a few days before you can change your username again. You can reclaim you old username at that time.
