Hello today in the morning, I made a purchase "Gutty Tiny: Clean City Game Assets" but I have not received my download link and when I made the purchase it did not redirect me anywhere.

I made the purchase without being registered, because it gave me the option, at the time of making the purchase and I did not receive anything, I made an account with the same email to which they should send the link, but to date I still do not receive anything

 what can I do?

Email support@itch.io, tell them the following information:

Your e-mail you registered your account with
The product you bought
The e-mail you used for the purchase
The date of the purchase
If you got charged for the purchase

I think that should be enough to allow them to sort it out

In addition you could ask the author of Gutty Tiny: Clean City Game Assets to look up your receipt number, as having that may be of use to the support staff.

Our records show that you were able to access your purchase.
