Understanding the analytics graph

What is this empty space on top of the stacks representing? When I hover the stack I can see how many views there are on each oh my pages, but when I add them up, the total is not equal to the number of view I have that day. However, I have this empty space at the top, what is this?

Those are all the projects that didn't get enough views to be given a bar on their own that day.
