In your profile settings, have you enabled "Show NSFW content in search & browse"?

As I explained in this recent thread, no, I browse itch.io in SFW mode, even though I'd love to see some adult content. But too much stuff people post is just gross, and I need to protect my sanity. Sorry about that.
