Image "thumbnails" to use for itch.io projects

I need help in making the "thumbnail images" for my itch.io projects. These ones don't look so good IMO:

But this one does, and it does sell sometimes:

I was just wondering, can I have someone create me a good generic image for a project (like an image for my Unity tool projects and an image for my RPG Maker MV projects) and I will add text to it? Can that make it look good? It's just that, some of the projects will have the same image (but different text).

Edit: I have changed the 4 above to the plan. What do you guys think?

Oh I don't need people to make me images or anything. I mean I need advice. So there was no need to move this thread of mine.
