Hello. I originally was going to start a project yesterday and I wanted to add subcategories, but it has not been appearing where people say it would be.

In the "EDIT PROJECT COMMUNITY" page, usually there would be a subcategory option but it does not appear. this problem has been happening for 1 day now.

is there a reason this is happening?
