Can't submit uploaded game to game jam

I've published a game and I'm trying to submit it to a game jam but this error pops up

"We seem to be having server problems right now! Please try again later."

Your account is currently banned from participating in jams due to spamming your project into unrelated jams in the past.

I’m unlisting this topic since this board’s rules do not allow discussion of account restrictions.

Is there a way for me to submit to game jams again
