I've made a space invaders game in python using Pygame module. There is some free copies so be sure to check it if you are interested. I also sell the source code and files of the game for 5$, you can re-use the code, modify it, learn from it do whatever you want after the purchase.

It's right there at the top of the rules for this category, that you had to read twice before being allowed to create a new topic, and then tick a checkbox saying you did.
