I got the same problem too yesterday, my account have been charged but i didnt received anything, i already send email to itch.io suport, how long will it take until the problem solved?

You attempted to pay. But something went wrong. This means you weren’t charged and the transactions did not take place. What you can do:

• retry the same transaction
• try with another credit card/payment option
• decide not to buy since it is to much of an hassle
