My kid asked to download the cockeye game I purchased the game made an account but when I attempt to download this is my problem.
When I go to the free desktop application download (https://itch.io/app)I select the download for Mac, once the install is complete, I go to my downloads and select the (Install itch.dmg) when I hit to open it acts like its opening and then a WARNING box opens that says “The following disk images couldn’t be opened IMAGE:install itch.dmg REASON: no mountable file systems”. Help please my kid wants to play but I don’t know what else to do.
