Stuck at main screen : LOADING...

Hello,

I'd like to try this game, but it's stuck at main screen. I can see the options and interact with the right part of the GUI, but New Game and Quit are covered with a "Loading..." banner, and nothing happens then. The Loading stays forever and i have to kill the process to quit.

I'm on Linux Mint if it matters.

On the game page, there is a workaround by deleting old save/settings data. That should be the culprit.

Where is this ? I don't see any save data when i look at local files in itch folder.

I don't have any "old" files as i DL it for the first time yesterday.

From the itch page:

"On Windows: Users/[username]/AppData/LocalLow/Ravensong Games/Axu

On Linux: /home/[username]/.config/unity3d/Ravensong Games/Axu

On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Ravensong Games/Axu"

If you don't have any save files here, this is certainly a new circumstance.

I've been having a similar problem as well. Instead of the [LOADING...] banner being endless, it appears for a split second before the entire screen goes black, hard-locking the game. I do not have any previous save data, I downloaded the newest version yesterday.

Could you guys post in bugs with details on your specs?

I think you can get rid of that loading bug by deleting your save file on the main menu.

Nah, the gif exactly shows it's not working.

Manually delete the file or even the full Unity folder neither.

You didn't press "delete save" on the title screen in the GIF, it's in the lower right of the screen.

I did, look the gif again.
