How do I add a rating option to my assets?

I saw on other pages that there is a rating option available, I logged out of my account and accessed my page and there isn't one. How do I add it?

You can’t rate when you’re not logged in. I checked, and the rate button is there.

Just for clarification:

You can not rate your own projects, so there is no “Rate” button
You can not rate when you are logged out, so currently we don not show a “Rate” button in that case

Project ratings are enabled by default, but if you wish, you can disable them on the “Interact” tab on your project’s edit page.
