Purchase page redirect to main page. Can not buy Asset Forge by Kenney. Pop-ups and redirect are enable. Whats wrong?

I opened the web page https://kenney.itch.io/assetforge. Click on button "Buy now". A modal window has opened with a choice of the type of payment.  Click "Pay with PayPal" or "Pay with Card". Loading... Redirecting to https://itch.io/

Are you using any sort of proxy service? It’s possible you may be being trapped by our fraud prevention system because you’re connecting from a network that has seen high fraudulent activity.
