My email is XXXXX, I need to convert my second purchase item into a gift for somebody else, can you do that for me

You need to Contact Support for that, send them an e-mail from the same one that made the purchase, and let them know which project you’d like to gift.

Click the link above to go to the support page, then click on the button that says “Email support@itch.io”.

Make sure the sender of the e-mail is the account that owns the project you want to gift. Explain the situation with details, including which project you’d like to gift and to which account.
