Hi,

I became a patreon monday. But I am not able to connect itch.io with Patreon in order to get my key. Itch says my pledge amount is too low. (< 0,10 Dollar). I am sure, 5 € monthly is more than 0,10 Dollar 😊.  Itch support does not answer since monday. Do you know what to do?

From what I’ve heard there is an issue with Patreon and handling non-dollar currencies. I believe support is aware of this.

One temporary solution you can do, is contact the developer. Let them know about your issue, possibly with some proof that you made the pledge.

Other than that, I’d wait for support to answer. They prioritise tickets, so it’s difficult to say when your ticket will be dealt with.

The owner of the Patreon page will have to update their itch.io page to specify the currency of their campaign to handle cross currency pledges. If you’re in touch with them you can notify them, otherwise you’ll need to tell us what page you’re having issue with and we can send them an email.
