I'm the designer of Santa But... A Christmas RPG for 3-6 players.

In Santa But… you play the role of one of many Santa’s but… there’s a catch. You have a specific trait that makes you different from the more traditional Father Christmas. Maybe you have crab claws for hands, maybe you're made up of a thousand sentient bees, or maybe you're a goose.

At its core, Santa But… is a bizarre detective game where you hunt for clues around a family home on Christmas Eve to find out what the children who live there would like for Christmas which is made all the more difficult by your distinguished trait.
