the app isnt working after i had a windows update. So i uninstalled it thinking that would fix the issue. Well when trying to reinstall it the app says error installing failed during warmup. I dont know how to fix the issue

While I can’t be certain, this might have a similar cause to what happened to someone else over in the Questions & Support sub-forum. Maybe you can figure it out together.

Plus: As an added bonus, your contribution would make it a thread where 3 people with the blue frog avatar talked to each other - which wouldn’t be in the slightest way confusing. ;)
