My creator and game pages show a 404 error

3-4 days ago, my creator and game pages started to show 404 to everyone (except me, I mean, logged in, it looks pretty normal, but logged out, it shows the 404 error)

You can see it by yourself here:  https://jasperraccoon.itch.io

Even the analytics show my games one day to another started to be completely unsearchable and undownloadable to everyone but me.

I changed my username and password, but it was useless...

I've tried to contact support but received no answer, I've tried to publish a post with that account here in the forum but I couldn't, it showed an error which said "We are unable to process your request at this time"...

(Yes, I had to create this new account to post this)

Is my account shadow-banned or anything?

Because I didn't received any warning or email saying I was banned, and in my original account I can still do anything, even publish a new game, but, as I said, nobody would see it, is like if I was invisible to anyone in this platform for some reason...

Due to a (presumed) influx of reports on other topics, support might most likely not have read your ticket.

But I would reckon that whatever is currently going on in regards to your account is intentional (unless developers can somehow do this with their account settings and you clicked something by accident). Regardless of what this might be about, it seems unlikely that other users would be able to help you. On top of that: Since it’s probably a somewhat personal matter, an admin couldn’t give you a reply in an openly accessible place like this.
