I'm making a prison escape RPG game. I want to know if the current controls and mechanics feel good.
Right now, I'm learning Java, so the graphics look like the tutorial's for now until I can get a texture atlas in the game.

1. Do the controls feel good
2. Do the mechanics work
3. Any other feedback

Prison Escape (0.0.3) Java by wpallender
I am making a java prison escape game. It is pretty bare bones right now, but I would love any and all feedback!
Idk if my scope is too big for this.
I want to have a full prison escape as the beta release, then for an alpha release I want to have the player explore the nearby town and "take out" guards/police that are looking for them. Then for the full release, I want there to be a boss battle against the prison warden, which is after all of the guards have been "taken out".
So yeah, idk if that seems like to much, or even a good idea. Please lmk.
Hey there, I'm working on developing a new game in Java. Without a game engine, it has been hard, but also really fun.
So what is the game? It is going to be like a combination of The Escapists and Minecraft. So essentially a prison escape game, but with building and crafting.
I just want to know if anyone would be interested in playing, or is anyone has any ideas on what to add.
This game is still early in development, I'm hoping an early release will be available in January or February.
