You might want to disable the record and build hotkeys while the player is renaming their existing cursors. The game goes a little nuts when I try to name something "craft arrows"

I know this is old, but just in case someone else has these questions like I did, I think all of those are necromancer actions (with their own extra restrictions):

break door (kill sage): 250 raise zombie sage, 23 feed zombie cat chicken

dwarves: 27 craft cat armor, 120 inscribe zombies

elves: 26 attach swords to zombie cat, 40 raise zombie goblins

kill wolves: 60 raise zombie wolves, 61 raise zombie dire wolf

elves(?)/aid fairy(?): 110 create zombie spore burster

aid fairy: 200 raise zombie satyr

There's multiple ways to do that and none of them are required for the story. Most of the story is triggered by going deeper in the dungeon, not romancing the characters.

She shows up later in the story.

Get way farther in the game. She's not even in town at the beginning of the game, so you can't meet her until characters from the main storyline talk about asking her to visit. At which point she will soon show up at the hospital.

Optionally. And even then, only rarely.

I think that one requires training with Eris, Savi, and Kati until your stats are maxed out from them, then you can find them in the inn in Adas village.

Try visiting both in the evening and at night. Some events only trigger during a specific time slot.

In the upper right corner of the screen are three buttons. Click the one that says "Girls" and find the person you're trying to unlock. There should be a hint on their page for how to progress their story.

During the evening on the town map, there should be a button showing your familiar in the lower left corner, click that and then you can choose where she goes.

Love the update, lots of fun stuff in this one. There's a few typos hanging around the new events.

The photo studio event:

• remeber instead of remember
• "Well, if HSname thinks so..." after your familiar suggests Oxa'na fills in.
• After the shoot. "Why you only talk more that few words, when you are complaning" should probably be something like "Why is it that the only time you say more than a few words is when you are complaining?"

The Rosmarie events at the club:

• First line calls her Rosemarine
• Isolia is repeatedly called Isolda
• Isolia "Or visitors are going to love you" -> "Our visitors"
• "Make those titts bounce" -> tits
• private show: "Ahhh... not waisint any time" -> not wasting
• event 2: "plan to use thier fascination with your" -> their
• "this diffrent feeligs are driving my crazy" -> "the differing feelings are driving me crazy"
• "But we will still play wtih your boobies"-> with
• Event 3: "Well then Go get her" -> "Well then, go get her"
• "Rosmarie went to talw with Shuya" -> talk
• Event 4: "I did sleep with many girls... but I never felt liek this" -> "I've slept with many girls... but I've never felt like this"
• "but my reall name is Shivnes" -> real
• "I can feel your c*m insdie" -> inside
• "I want her lips beetween my legs next" -> between
• "I could do this all night...hmmm...let's serious" -> let's get serious
• The night come to an end -> comes/came

Gani's event:

• "Y-you know? That this swrod made me..." -> sword
• "Remeber about your task my little cutie" -> Remember

Sylvara's events:

• The hint tells you to visit the "traning" grounds in the afternoon instead of the "training" grounds. The option in the headquarters to move there has the same misspelling
• event 1: after she worries about a pregnancy. "Beacuse I want to." -> Because
• event 2: "I were thinking about... your proposition" -> I was thinking
• "I want more...ahmumm...down my thorat" -> throat
• "you are streching me so much" -> stretching
• "We spend some more time 'traning'" -> 'training'

Joan introduction at hospital

• "The pleasure is all mine, Doctor Joan, I heared quite a lot about you." -> Doctor Joan. I've heard

I think Magic can only go to two at the moment. You can eventually find a combat teacher to spar with in the academy, but it still doesn't go very high. 

Pretty sure their events can only trigger at the club in the evening.

Just hit the same issue and it looks like that's fixed by the JPDE - Version 4.5 Missing Voice Files.zip download. Unfortunately, the alt links in mega don't seem to have that zip, so you're going to need to use the direct link to it on this page which I wasn't able to do in Chrome (Had to boot up microsoft edge to get it to work)
