Your too kind~
Hope you had fun.
We had absolute ass trying to coordinate our schedules so we where happy the game got shipped at all, tho its been said a milion times and I am not denying that debris is an issiue.
Now the topdown view you mentioned is an interesting point of view because everyone else seems to gravitate to the white bread that is a free look third person camera. Its not exactly aligned with our creative vision but its an interesting line of thought.
Thank you for playing!
We had the same exact idea during our brainstorming for the gamejam so its extremely satistfying seeing someone actually made it. The indecency mechanic is extremely punishing and I cannot really make it past day 4.
Make the player character turn like a hundred times faster tho, PLEASE I do not care for the movement. And the placement should just be on the mouse because that was agony. A solid 6/10 game. Id play again
The game itself is a confusing mess. Im trying to like it but...
I do like the combat a fair ammount tho so its not a total throwaway. The lighthouse itself is extremely annoying.

Thank you for your feedback! Although I understand in what direction your recomending we take our game, most feedback we have gotten so far was from people who where lost and didnt like that whole aspect of the game, in my personal oppinion the best course for this game is to further lean into structure of the levels making more sence and keeping the maze aspect as rather the part that ties it togather.
From Dwarven with love
I wanted to enjoy the game because I really like it but the controls just kinda, suck. I tried to click on things but it whouldnt work.
I like the game and Id love to replay it once its fixed. Also like BRO these are GAME BREAKING BUGS you can fix them within 48hours after the submission period is over.
Plus saddly the browser version didnt work for me either, I ran the windows build
I like the idea and somewhat the implementation its just that, instructions unclear and bro spent more time on the tree dancing then chasing me. I HATE the tower because I died to him like thrice there, its kinda repetitive tbh. Also I found out that movement isnt normalized so I just ran diagonally for that sqrt(movementSpeed² + movementSpeed²) extra which is about 1.4 times as much as regular forward.
Other then that, I loved it. 10/10

I really like the game, to be honest it kept me playing with its fibe alone. I enjoy the retro dark fantasy aestetic youve chosen for the ui and the models where neat.
What I didnt like is how you locked the rotation in the basement and made me turn using Q and E, at some point either have your whole game consistently mouse based or Q and E rotation. Also the waves felt unsatistfying, I liked the beam but the enemies sorta didnt feel great. The skellies sure but the bat imp things where annoying as hell.
Saddly I didnt finish your game yet because after two attempts and trying to like the mechanics it wasnt very pleasing. The colliders for interaction felt inconsistent as well and the beam shot offset from the cursor which isnt usual in these games so it threw me off guard.
Love your game 9/10, I hope you fix it post gamejam
Oh yeah, forgot to mention. I thnk it whould be really nice if instead of the dungeon you could explore the outside of the church and see it from a diffrent perspective.
Thank you for your feedback! I gotta say, this is probably the most interesting feedback we've gotten so far. The idea of forcing the player to fight instead of running has been on the table for a while now, we simply didn't have time to look deeper into it.
And about the health, I don't think it needs to go lower then it already is but if we find it as such in play testing we will reduce it.
Most people had negative comments about the combat system so we don't think we will.
Hope you had fun with our little game, best of regards, Dwarven studios.
