after finishing the true ending, I have to say: this is a Top Notch Video Game!!! love everything: the confident fiddly controls, the weird item mechanics, the cute girls, the meta-commentary about the role of mystery in game design, the soundtrack, the boss fights... it inspires me to make more videogames of my own! thank you sylvie, I never knew being a lime was so freeing!!

I played this game last year because of the Pirate Bay Bundle, and it was a very memorable experience. Knowing nothing about the game, only opening a 'abandoned.exe' without any notion of what it was - that gave me the chills. I started thinking it was a horror game, and the atmosphere didn't give me any reason to guess otherwise - it was only after quite some time that I understood that it was actually a Metroidvania. Those minutes where I didn't quite know what I was playing, are a very special memory to me, for they encapsulated the mystery of games that I felt when I was a kid. Thank you man, your work is appreciated. Cheers from Brazil :)

Really solid core idea. I think that the levels are very competently made, albeit tending to the easier side. I'd love to see this concept expanded to include some other mechanics, and maybe game modes! Overall, very fun!

Good game! I think that the level progression is very well done - the game introduces new mechanics and tests the player's knowledge of them in a thoughtful way, I very much like that. I think that some levels are maybe too hard and too "finnicky" in some unpredictable and un-fun ways (like: I already figured out how to beat a certain level, but I keep failing because of my bad motor skills). I'm also not a big fan of the visuals themselves. Overall, I found the core mechanics very interesting and had a fun time with this game.

I got as far as the "firing with LMB" area. I'm not a fan of hard platformer games so maybe I'm not the target audience, but I think that the difficulty could be toned down a little - I felt that I was fighting against the controls, and not in a predictable or fun way. I liked the graphics and the sounds!

Really liked this! I'm a fan of "original Zelda" exploration and I think this vibes really well. The lack of handholding makes every little surprise feel like a big discovery! I liked figuring out what the items do and what was the game's objective. I think my favorite moment in the game was when I looked at the villagers and realized what my character's sprite meant.

I also particularly like the limited use of colors and how the player character contrasts with the environment, further representing their loneliness. I think the game could have used a little music, and I felt the ending didn't have that much impact, for it was too sudden. But overall, I quite liked the game :)

Played it once without realizing that there was a monster - I just thought that the screen was "clipping randomly". But when I read the description again and picked up on that info, the tension in the game grew significantly. I found myself even being a little scared! I liked the sounds and the art, just wished that the experience evolved over time, since right now it's a bit repetitive (maybe the game could get harder?)

Fun! Had to try a couple of times until I got it - there's a surprising degree of strategy to using the two attacks. Loved the graphics and the fluid animations. Liked the sound a lot as well.

i really enjoyed this! i particularly like how they all seem to fit nicely in this little world you've created. so cute!

although it appears impenetrable at first, it soom blossoms into a very charming experience! i liked it a lot :)
