Can you send over a crash log? Narry on the Vinesauce Discord.

The jitter can't really be fixed without possibly breaking a bunch of stuff sadly.

The platforms snapping around makes no sense in singleplayer as that code doesn't run in singleplayer. Those objects "snapping" is a client > server sync issue.

I should be able to improve the resync so instead of just snapping, it lerps over time.

Also, what is the ping it says on the title screen?

We're working in it. Singleplayer should work for now.

Being tweaked very soon. Next update.

What are your specs?

Can you link a screenshot. It's currently 400 per spin.

You need to select your accessory and then click the button in the bottom right to equip it. Each tab only shows the item for that tab in the preview.

Thanks for the report! Will look into it.

Can you possibly send a log file? Reach out to Narry in the Vinesauce Discord with the file.

We're working on fixing issues linked to areas having trouble loading. For now, if a region won't load, try singleplayer or a different server. We hope to have a solution very soon!

I'd try multiplayer then. Or, double check your anti-virus didn't eat any files if you're running one. If you can get me to log file I can look into this further but I haven't had anyone else report that's not have been unable to reproduce it

Remappable controls is a little outside the scope of our post launch updates right now because of how unity's default control handling works. We are looking into adding an toggle run feature in the options menu that might help your situation.

Follow VarietyIsHOPE on twitter and keep an eye out for when they do volunteer applications. It's usually around November/December.

Several came from The Original General Series 6000 sound effect library. Some of the sounds are open source now and some aren't but they were used in lots of games in the 90s, like Everquest, Daggerfall, Arena, Warcraft games, even Super Mario 3D Land used the same ding sound as Everquest. You can still purchase a license to the library today, or find the ones that are publicly available.

We are looking into putting in a global option to disable all post processing effects. It sounds like the height fog effect in the Caves is causing the crash, so disabling that would potentially fix it. Make sure to follow and keep an eye out for updates.

OSX build has been posted. It is untested since we don't have the hardware to test it on-hand. Let us know if there's any issues.

That sounds like a bug. Singleplayer is fairly intense due to how it's set up. I'd try multiplayer as it requires far less ram.

Yes, the itch page will remain up and we will keep an official server hosted. You can also play single player or host your own servers!

How much ram do you have? We've been able to run this on some pretty low-end machines. I'm seeing some crashes that look like it might be due to a lack of ram.

Sounds good! We're currently working on building Linux and MacOS versions of the client. No guarantee they'll work (server is running under headless Linux but haven't tested a client) but if the game runs fine under Wine, they'll probably work fine.

We don't have the machines on-hand to test a mac build, but we're looking into publishing a build. No guarantee it'll work though.
