The artwork is incredible and the characters were great! Also loved the dialogue and interactions; it made the game very interesting to play. Definitely 5 stars in those regards. Congrats on your game!

Glad you enjoyed it! Very grateful for your support. I agree that the dialogue was definitely a big factor in this game since it would have been just like any other platformer without it. It certainly took a bit of time to construct but overall I think it became a huge carrier of the game. Thank you again for your comment!

The artwork and style seem cool, but I couldn’t exactly figure out how to actually play the game since I kept getting stuck in an endless loop of being “taken away.” I think it would help to add some hints or a prologue that explains how to begin. Nice concept, though!

The concept sounds very fun and creative, but I can’t seem to start the game, as none of the buttons in the menu appear to be functional.

Love the unique style and artwork! The game was very enjoyable and the theming was great! However, I do think it would be very useful to add some hints at the start that help the player understand which tiles they can and cannot walk over (as well as which blocks can and cannot be mined). Overall, though, the concept is very creative and the game is definitely one of the top games submitted to Ember!
