Wonderful game, I had a lot of fun playing through it, and the story is beautiful <3 good job!

Glad you enjoyed it! Very grateful for your support. I agree that the dialogue was definitely a big factor in this game since it would have been just like any other platformer without it. It certainly took a bit of time to construct but overall I think it became a huge carrier of the game. Thank you again for your comment!

If you'd like, you can check our game which has a ton of dialogue as well! ^^ (around 3000 words divided into multiple storylines, all of which have 2-3 endings!) <3

Looks very nice, especially the artwork and dialogue between characters! They also seem very well thought-out and are fun to read. Congrats on your game!

The dialogue and story is really well-written! It's a really creative take on the theme.

Thank you! The dialogue definitely took some time and thinking to make but overall I’m quite proud of it. I appreciate your kind words!

Pretty fun game, a typical platformer but the story and theming elevates it above many of the other platformers in this Jam.

Sometimes it's possible to get stuck on geometry and movement can feel a little floaty but these are only minor complaints, congrats on your game!

Thank you for the feedback!

Beautiful dialogue. Good mechanics and music. Honestly, has great potential for 1st in multiple categories or even 1st overall.

I love the artstyle, and how the post processing makes it look even better, and I really like the movement. Though sometimes it was a little difficult to see the player's hitbox as its sprite's border blended in with the dark background. Congrats on the great game!

Thank you very much for the feedback! We’ll make sure to keep that in mind if we ever decide to continue making this game outside Ember.
