I tried to make the icons sort of represent what they were (manufacturing is a sewing needle, R&D is a magnifying glass and microscope, marketing is a chat bubble, sales is a dollar sign) but they didn’t wind up reading very well. I’m hoping to get it a lot more polished for the Finish Your NSFW Project jam.

As for this project specifically, it was built on a very old version of Godot, and I’d basically need to start it from scratch to get it working in the modern version of the editor.

Yeah, I’d like to do some more stuff with larger bodies and with Sharon specifically. Actually now that you mention it, she might be a good choice to be the main character in a game idea I had a few weeks ago…

I really like the dynamic between all the characters, and the art style is really cool! I think the text goes a bit slowly even holding down the button; I was wishing I could get it to show up instantly.

It sort of sounds like “Together Again” by PinkTea, although not all the details match up. You take in a depressed girl, but she isn’t dropped off – you meet her when she’s about to kill herself and you convince her not to. The gameplay loop involves giving her a chore every day, and she’ll reject a lot of them until you build trust. It’s very heavy on BDSM themes.

However, I see that the page for the game has been quarantined on here now; not sure what’s going on.

The main character’s girlfriend Sharon is trans, and there are a couple short sex scenes featuring her. All the generic maids use a cis character base; it would have been too much extra work to draw different versions of all the pants and underwear to accommodate different genital options.

Gorgeous art, cool idea. I didn’t check the description to see what the “zelda” outfit was supposed to look like so I assumed it would be a dress like in Ocarina of Time rather than the blue BotW outfit.

Very cute character design, chill vibes, overall very nice. If I had one wish it would be for a black and red outfit option. Maybe something like Daisy’s alternate outfit in Smash Bros Ultimate.

From a UI standpoint, it takes a bit to figure out what the buttons actually do, because all the right-arrows make no visible change. The outerwear ones are already on the last item slot, so there’s no more items available to the right, and the underwear isn’t visible under the outerwear. Maybe have the options wrap around.

Thanks for playing! Regarding the cum mechanic, it’s a 0% chance in phase 1, 10% in phase 2, 75% in phase 3, and 100% in free play at the end. It was a very last minute addition so unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to add any kind of bukkake escalation stuff with it.

I had a lot of other ideas for the game, but of course time pressure was an issue. I initially planned to have some sort of punishment/consequence system, where at first if a maid violates the dress code, you just make her fix the mistake, but eventually can do things like spanking, confiscating the item (potentially leaving them nude), or having her sexually service the customer as an apology. However I think it would have slowed down the gameplay loop a lot, so I’d have to really overhaul some other systems to make it not a slog.

I also wanted the maids going back and forth to be persistent characters instead of just randomly generated on the fly, and each one would have different preferences for how revealing they wanted the uniform to be. You would have one-on-one coaching sessions with them after hours to get them to open up.

I don’t think I’ll actually get to this stuff though unfortunately; once I’ve got the story finished it’s pretty hard to find the motivation to go and fill in more details, you know? And I’ve got other projects I want to get back to.

I wanted to, but it would make the code for figuring out how the tentacle should move a lot more complicated.

It’s easy to find a solution for the shape of the tentacle if all that matters is where the tip needs to be, it’s a lot harder if you need to also have the tip pointing a certain direction for penetration.

In FreeCell, supermoves don’t do anything special. They just automate doing some one-at-a-time moves you could do anyway. That’s why in games that have them, the size of a supermove you can do is limited by the number of empty cells and empty columns you have.

As a suggestion for the controls, I think Z and X would be more comfortable than Z and Space.

Same for me, only for the last few months. No issues with any of my older projects.

Every new thing you tell Melody to do in the “Let me make some suggestions” menu costs sexperience to unlock the first time, including each new level of cumflation and bukkake. if you don’t have any, she’ll refuse. Also, it’s used each time you have sex with her yourself (unlocks after you’ve done 6 other upgrades).

As for gathering, it’s just because the people in a particular area eventually all get “used up”, and so you’ll either need to have Melody move, or bring fresh people over. Originally I was also going to have security guards you’d need to lure away, but I never implemented that.

When using the visual text editor to write a description for a project, it appears to be using non-breaking spaces (nbsp) instead of normal spaces for nearly every word. This results in some very poor word-wrapping, because it’s not allowed to wrap the line at a non-breaking space.

I think this issue started happening some time between November and February. The first time I experienced it was in my submission to a game jam last month, and I definitely didn’t experience it in my November game jam submission.

Hey, this is really cool. Great presentation, story as was pretty hot. I did find the part where you had to time your button presses a little confusing to understand, especially since her head was blocking the progress bar so I couldn’t tell if I was doing it right.

Thanks for catching that, unfortunately I only have 1080p 60Hz monitors so I don’t really have a way to test that kind of setup. There must be some kind of race condition going on…

Alternating between playing “in” and “out” cards is such an intuitive concept, I’m surprised I’ve never seen it in a horny deckbuilder before (although maybe I just haven’t played enough of them?). Great work.

That’s the intended behavior; I didn’t want restarting to lose you progress since not all games are winnable anyway, and I didn’t want people to give up before getting to the good stuff.

I’m on 64-bit Windows 11, just built this PC a few months ago

I can’t seem to get this to run. It says it’s missing MSVCR100 and MSVCR110 DLLs, which are apparently MS Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 runtimes. After installing them from the Microsoft website, it still wasn’t finding them, so I tried copying them directly into the application folder. After that, it just says “The application was unable to start correctly”.

Love the idea that just completely dominating the match doesn’t get you the best result. You have to let her keep up with you, and accept the risk that she might pull ahead, in order to get her fully nude. Very cool!!

Nice art and atmosphere, took me about 4 loops through the maze to realize there were 3 pillars and not just 2 lol.
