Hello!
My apologies, it looks like two of the files got hidden somehow (Itch glitch maybe?). Just updated the files, and they should be available for download now.

Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the book so much.
These are excellent questions, and the short answer is: I done goofed.
The Unmoored should start with the first move, then pick two from the list. The Playbooks doc should also have more than 1 page. I'm fixing both of these and exporting new versions.
Seriously, thanks for catching that.

Some resources for contacting MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Stripe and telling them to reverse their policy.
Take some time to contact MasterCard, PayPal, Visa, and Stripe about this also. They claim their policies don't prevent people from purchasing legal goods, and yet the vast majority of adult games (CK included) are legal for purchase.

Calls are best. Emails and physical letters are also good. They've been flooded for the last 2 weeks, but we shouldn't let the pressure off.
MasterCard started this, but the other processors are just as culpable, and just as willing to throw adult content under the bus.
Hi!
The Red Herring cards are your pile of Clue cards (I avoided calling them Clue cards too often, because I didn't want to give Hasbro a reason to send Pinkertons after me. haha) that you'll deal out to use during the game. Looking at it again, I could try to squeeze that in earlier.
As for step 8, I can also add a little more. But players should spend some time inventing a character (name, pronouns) and reasons why their character know the Clue Characters (Mrs. White, Prof Plum, etc). Then, they should go around the table, like they're at a dinner party, introducing themselves. "I'm Edward (he/him), and Colonel Mustard is my uncle."
It's been a couple of months, so this is probably due for an update. Thank you for checking it out! I hope that makes it clearer, and feel free to reply back with more questions.
Hi! Thanks! I hope you enjoy the game. :)
So the way I did it for the prototypes was to print 2 pages on the front, and 2 on the back, of 8.5x11 (Letter) sized paper.
I thiiink you could do Legal if you cut them in half, and then arranged them accordingly, but I didn't test it out that way. So I'd be interested to hear/see the results if you go that way!
Yeah, I think the probability works out a little funky in that regard. But, well, I bombed Stats in college. I think this is a worthwhile note to add to a future edition, though!
I don't think it's a perfect replacement, but it works like mostly OK if you've got no other way to play Tarot-based games. I can't think of many other use cases beyond Anamnesis games, but I figured I'd throw it into the world in case it was helpful for someone.
While I get that this was designed as a foldable zine, I am giving a lot of thought to printing this out and making into a small deck of cards. The art is so pretty, the verses so evocative, and the ability to draw one at random really intrigues to me.
I'm picturing it for character generation ("where are you from?") as well as random settlements and/or rumors for players to explore ("There's a song you've heard about this place. It goes...").
I'm just captivated by this thing today. It's so lovely!
Hey there! Thanks for the interest in the game. :)
In case there is some confusion, there should just be some PDF files. This is a tabletop RPG, rather than an app. Which may explain why it's not showing up in the installer. (I realized I had the "Games" category, rather than "Physical Games" selected).
Offhand, I'm not 100% sure where PDFs go in the Itch installer, but I did just see the files on the game page. But let me know if you still can't get 'em, and I'll see if I can send them another way.
I may have just forgotten to include it... I would say 3-5 players, that's what the system is designed to work with.
That said, I haven't tried playing with more than four chefs, or as a two-chef, GMless experience (with someone pulling double-duty as the head cook). I could see it working, although you may need to make some menu adjustments so you don't lose too much of the chaos.
