- Make sure your TikTok profile is set to PUBLIC
- Open TikTok app → Profile → ☰ menu → Settings and Privacy → Privacy → Turn OFF "Private account"
- Make sure you are currently LIVE on TikTok when connecting
- The game can only detect your account while you are actively streaming
- Verify your TikTok username is entered correctly in the game (no extra spaces or symbols)
- Make sure TikTok Live Studio is running and you are logged in
- Try restarting the game application and reconnecting
