- Ensure you are currently LIVE using TikTok Live Studio.
- Enter only your TikTok username in the game (without
@and make sure there are no extra spaces). - Verify you are using the same TikTok account in both TikTok Live Studio and the game.
- Close both the game and TikTok Live Studio completely, then reopen them and try connecting again.
- If the game is still stuck on "Start" or "Connecting", please send us:
- Your TikTok username
- A screenshot of your TikTok Live Studio while you are LIVE
- A screenshot of the game window
