Make sure your TikTok profile is Public (not Private).
Ensure you are currently LIVE using TikTok Live Studio.
Enter only your TikTok username in the game (without @ and make sure there are no extra spaces).
Verify you are using the same TikTok account in both TikTok Live Studio and the game.
Close both the game and TikTok Live Studio completely, then reopen them and try connecting again.
If the game is still stuck on "Start" or "Connecting", please send us:
- Your TikTok username
- A screenshot of your TikTok Live Studio while you are LIVE
- A screenshot of the game window
