Thanksgiving was yesterday... But I am much happier today!!!

I do visit the showers occasionally; I like them, but I am sad to say that I did get an error on one with  Annica. I will point out that the save game was started in 0.9 so that isn't the problem. I was able to hit ignore and it appears to skip a line or two, but then works.

I knew that itch limited the amount of space to developers, I did not know it was that low.

I aolso hope they respond soon as well and provide you with a proper size.

Is it possible to save the files on itch like 0.1?

Well, I never saw a way to get any character mad other than the tv argument.

And right now, according to the profiles, I have completed every li's storyline for 0.29.5 except for Ava (who is upset and I can't advance anything,) Amy (who no longer has an active quest to advance; I saw her tattoo on Twatch,tv and the story stopped advancing,) and Luna who I already went on a first date with.)

How do I resolve, "XXX is currently upset with you. You should resolve the situation."

I started a game in 29.1 played past  the point of picking Ava over Zoe  in their TV fight. I wasn't able to resolve it and I wqs hit with the game reset bug on save.

I upgraded to 29.5 and chose Zoe over Ava in their fight and I still can't fix the problem with Ava. Zoe and other characters have already finished all content for the current version. Ava already has the high refresdh monitor and her birthday present, we have already fooled around in the shower. I even bought the extra "call of Booty game" thinking I could give it as a gift to her to resolve the issue.

How do I take care of it? Is it bugged? Is it intentional to only allow romancing one of the two lis? Or what am I missing?

Just curious about 107% writing... Does that mean you started writing 0.9? Or that you re-wrote 7% of 0.8?

Yes, I enjoy the status updates. It lets us know you are still ok and work on the next release continues. I wish everyone did this.

The alternative is that no one knows what is going on between releases and all the comments become, when is the next update, is the game dead/abandoned.  

The updates are also nice in giving us a teaser as to what is happening to the characters that we grew fond of

I already have played Companion of Darkness, the adult harem game. Why would I want the novel, Companion of the Darkness?

I am being sincere in my request, I'm not looking for spoilers, but is there a compelling reason to want both? (In addition to the reason of supporting the author.)

Do both titles have the same plot with the novel not having the choices that would take me off the preferred path in the harem game? Or are they both completely different plots with the same characters? Does one have more detailed text than the other? Is one a sequel to the other?

If in modern times lesbians are all considered gay, why does the modern acronym LGBTQ+ need an "L" at the beginning?

You are right... this is my opinion, I am not the dev. I never said otherwise, However, I suggested than mainstream content would lose interest in the game. The numbers above will bear that out. 90% of the people do not care to see futa/trans characters; and that is what the OP asked for, not yuri/lesbian.  While 10% of the people might want that content it will not come close to replacing the 90% who would lose interest.

And before you try to argue, no, straight people do not like gay content. They are likely to overlook a bunch of that in a hollywood movie or TV show; but they definitely will not want to see sex scenes with gay content, and a futa dick being used on a man would be considered gay by straight people even if you do not see it that way.

For the record, yuri/lesbian content is accepted by most straight men, but admittedly not all. The ones  that accept it are either just happy about seeing naked women, or fantasize about being with multiple women at the same time and consider it a prelude in their mind. (and that is why harem games are popular.)

I originally bought S1 on Steam.

A few months later and I found out about S2 on itch and bought it at the time.  (S2 was unfinished at the time.)

Is there any difference on the steam version compared to itch?

I would like to go into more details, but I don't want to be a spoiler; so I will try to be vague...

The backstory on Thursday night really fleshes out the character and adds a lot of depth. And Friday morning, the argument is a precursor to just how big a plot point this will become.

Add in a thought of how they knew where they were... and just wow!!! (I can think of at least 3 explanations, 2 quite plausible, all adding flames to the fire.)

Also, yes, I agree with the earlier sentiment of Rachel getting what she deserved.

I crave to see how this continues... ASAP. Unfortunately, I know quality takes time and I will be waiting for months. (and likely that will only be the next step with more twists and plot issues added.)

If that is the content you want, there are plenty of games that have it. Go and buy/support/play those titles.

A large majority do not want to see futa/trans/gay content at all. Please do not ask for it in titles that appeal to the mainstream. Most of us will lose interest in any title that adds this type of content.

I am not saying that your interests are not valid... I am saying go and find your kinks in titles that already support them.

If I were to go into the comments of futa/trans/gay titles and ask them to add more straight content I would be ridiculed, down-voted, and ignored. What makes you think that doing the reverse would give you a better outcome?

I downloaded 18.2 (the full release) from itch. I extracted it which created a new directory, Harem_Hotel-v0.18.2-pc

I then moved  the saves directory from the old version into the game folder. 

When I played v18.0, it was also a full release from itch and it was the first time that I played the game so all my saves originated from this version.

I recently upgraded from 18.0 to 18.2. Since then I get an error every morning.

It was mentioned when the MC asks Victoria if she is okay with the MC asking Sarah to  become an official girlfriend. It sounded funny as heck, (trying to avoid being censored with that word,) when it was mentioned and that joke would be even better to see Sarah's reaction when it happens.

Sad that a new lewd scene with Sybil is not planned. Perhaps with Nyx's influence, Pip will also become an ear slut. The MC could also teach Pip the proper way to lick Nyx's ears in a 3=way.

But, no matter what, I'm thrilled that work continues on one of the top AVNs out there.

IMHO, these updates are great.

It is far better than not hearing a thing and then seeing all the "is the game dead" posts, or even the annoying "when is the next update?" posts on the main thread.

FYI, RenPy (the game engine that Cosy Cafe runs on) stores backup saves in a second location. you likely deleted only the first set in the game directory (likely .../CosyCafe/game/saves)

On linux the directory is

/home/%username%/.renpy/CosyCafe-##########

I haven't used windows in over 15 years so I am not sure exactly where it is but likely in a 

/%user%/AppData/renpy/CosyCafe-##########

 or similar location.

You would need to delete it there as well to get rid of it. (at least until a delete function is added to this game.)

I downloaded the linux version today. (R13)

After extracting the zip file, I tried to execute the VoxGremory.x86_64 file. My system said that it could not find a program yo open it with. There is a simple fix.

 In a gui, right click on the file, click properties, find a box that says "allow permission to execute this file" and make sure the box is checked. Than you should be fine to double click the file to start. (Note: depending on you distro and window manager, the checkbox might be worded different, but it should be similar to "allow executing this file."

If you prefer the command line... Change to the directory with the files and type:

chmod +x VoxGremory.x86_64

then type :

./VoxGremory.x86_64

to start
