The United States. It an attempt to pass a federal law prohibiting banks/payment processors from discriminating against anyone for any reason that is not financially related.
i.e. You will be able to discriminate against someone that has a low credit score or committed fraud. You will not be allowed to say no to people due to race, religion or porn preferences.
This bill would not allow the recent forced de-indexing of adult titles on itch and steam. (at least not until our congress critters try to add amendments to the bill being proposed.)
